The role of Bahai centers and their organizations in planning for domination over the world.
It should not be assumed that domination of the bahai organization is merely a mental aspiration, but rather under the leadership of the organization it is moving towards a specific goal! ."Let no one be mistaken," says Shoghi. "The principle of the unity of the human world… is not merely raw feelings " but has an inseparable connection with an institution that has the ability and merit to truly embody it. The use of the term ‘world government’ may seem exaggerated at first, but the examination of the evidence reveals that the bahai faith not only contradicts the sovereignty and independence of all nations in the long run, but they even believe that the existence of individual countries is the denial of national sovereignty.
The idea that this claim is exaggerated is due to two specific features of the baha’i organization.
First – Observing complete secrecy in real purposes and practical measures.
Second – The incorrect demonstration of the baha’is that their job is merely to propagate a set of
religious moral teachings and to turn away from political issues in principle.
But observing minutely the structure of this organization confirms that it is a secret organisation.
1- It has an independent governing body and organizations and separate legislative, judicial and executive powers.
2. Their design and implementation of timed plans with the term "consolidation and development" has basically no meaning other than political independence and departure from national sovereignty.
3. Administrative order is a term that refers both to the current network of the bahai organization and to its future state, which would officially govern the different countries, for example, the network of national and local circles of bahais currently operating in the world would one day rule over the entire countries! That is why expansionism is an inherent requirement of the bahai administrative order!
4. The Bahai’ Assembly, as an absolute state, has all governmental powers.
The bahais need "power" to carry out consolidation and development plans, and this is a requirement of their circle’s sovereignty. In this regard, Mr. Shoghi has said that the Bahais are in infancy and need power to reach maturity. He emphasizes that if the vital necessity is not understood, the foundation of the bahaiyat will be shaken and future plans will be in vain: The need to concentrate power and authority in national and local circles becomes apparent when we realize that Bahaullah cause is still in its infancy and period of transformation.
Whenever this delegation, which is officially the representative and responsible of Amr’ullah does not pay heed to this necessity which is necessary for any success, the basis for the foundation of Amr’ullah will be shaken and the great planning done for the future would be effectively postponed.

Therefore, the power is necessity for the growth of bahai circles and it is a basic necessity for them for the implementation of their great plans in the future.
5. Every individual must be completely and unconditionally obedient to the bahai communities. According to this principle entire power of individual is transferred to them. Everyone has to do his work under the supervision of this community.
As Shoghi says: "The spiritual circles has full power and its obedience is necessary and essential upon the person irrespective of his position." (Administrative Order, p. 27)
Therefore, it is very natural that the increase of their circles or communities in different areas is so important for the ‘House of Justice’ that they often mention about it in their messages.
At the order of the ‘House of Justice’, bahai circles have always sought to migrate from places where there are more bahais to the places where there are less bahais and deceiving the simple-hearted and ignorant people there through their teaching and joining them also in their mission and forming a new "society" with their help. Establishment of new centers and society through immigration and teaching, which requires the movement of supporters from densely populated areas and the establishment of business in the necessary centers, should be noticed by the representatives of ‘Shoor Rouhani Association’ and other circles and organizations throughout that region (Iran).

According to their planning, each newly established society that is born of the efforts and cooperation of old society, after its formation should helps to form other societies as well.
